It's me!

Okay, well, I updated my profile on the blog. I put in a little more information about myself, along with a ..um..photo...of me. :/ So my secret is that I LOVE to take photographs of others, but am not so excited about photographs of myself. My wonderful husband shot the photo (thanks babe)!

Okay, now I have more exciting news (it has nothing to do with photography). Chris and I walked 8 miles today in Old Fort on the old 70. From what I understand, it used to be the main road to and from Asheville before I-40 was built. The road has been grown up for sometime. The state recently has cleared it and has it open to walkers, runners, and bikers! It was so amazing! It had some wonderful views of the mountains and "little" bobby walked the whole way with us. Not to mention that the old road has a ton of history! We then went to Curtis Creek and did some fishing! As I am writing this post I am looking at the wonderful sunset from my deck...*sigh* ! Days like today make me realize how beautiful this world is and how lucky we are to be a part of the beauty!
