Deck the Halls...

I absolutely love this time of the year! Chris and I got a tree yesterday (in the rain) and let it sit on our porch and dry out! We then watched Christmas movies and decorated the tree. All that is left is to put the outside lights on the house. My hope is to have our house so decked out with lights that you can easily see it from the interstate. In the winter time, when all the leaves fall, you can see our house in the very far distance, up on a hill! I remember being bored as a child on the way to visit relatives, and always searching for the next light from the interstate with lights. Below is a photo that I took on the tripod for our Christmas cards. No, it isn't very creative, but I ran out of time to ask any photographer friends to take our photos! :( Next year I will be better.
